Shipping & Returns Policy

shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are sent with Evri.

delivery options

We offer the following delivery options at checkout:

- Standard Delivery

- Next Day Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.

order processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

delivery notes

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

failed delivery / returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or it not being collected from a parcel point, we may ask you to pay the redelivery cost before sending it again.

returns

We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind, we accept returns on unopened and unused items only.

return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

- the item must be unused

- the item must be unopened

- the item must be in its original condition

- the return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, unless it is faulty.

how to request a return

To request a return, please contact us at hello@outforlaundry.com with:

- your order number

- your full name

- the reason for your return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@outfolaundry.com as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and include:

- your order number

- a description of the issue

- clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
