leaks happen. stains don't have to.

out for blood is a highly concentrated enzyme formula that dissolves period and blood stains, fresh or dried-in, without bleach, harsh chemicals, or aggressive scrubbing. because blood is a protein, our protein-eating enzymes break the stain down at a microscopic level - then lift it clean away. your favourite knickers, pristine sheets, and yes, even those white jeans. saved.

works on cotton, denim, synthetics and blends (just keep it away from silk and wool). every 200ml bottle comes with our signature bamboo fabric brush - work the formula deep into the fibres and let it do the heavy lifting. approximately 20 full uses per bottle, and a lot fewer ruined knickers.

  • bio-active: biodegradable formula

    so what's in it?

    • enzymes

because blood is a protein, we use a highly targeted blend of protein-eating enzymes that dismantle the stain at a microscopic level, but leave your fabric completely untouched

    • decyl glucoside

a biodegradable, plant-based cleanser derived from coconuts, it is relentless on lifting grime, but incredibly gentle on your skin barrier

    • sodium gluconate

derived from fermented sugar, it softens the water and traps microscopic minerals so our formula can operate at 100% power

    how to use

    • prep

rinse the stain under a cold water tap, wring out the fabric until damp

    • treat

apply the formula generously to the front and back of the stain, brush it into the fabric for 1 minute on each side

    • wait

fresh stains < 24 hrs: wrap the fabric around the stain so it doesn't dry out, let it sit for 30 minutes

set stains < 24 hrs: place the item into a waterproof container (like a ziplock bag), pour a little extra formula over the stain, and let it soak for 2 hours

    • wash

machine wash as normal on a cold cycle (30°C)

    frequently asked questions

does it actually work on old, dried-in blood?

yes. we know you don't always have the time or privacy to deal with a leak the exact second it happens. our formula is specifically designed to target both fresh accidents and stubborn, dried-in stains that have been sitting in your laundry basket for days.

will it work on old stains that have already been through the wash?

blood stains that have gone through a hot wash and a tumble dryer are the absolute hardest type of stain to remove. out for blood is a pre-wash treatment, it works brilliantly on stains as long as they haven't been put through a washing machine yet. always apply the formula before you throw the garment in the drum.

can I use it on any fabric?

you can use it on all your everyday essentials cotton, denim, synthetics, and blends, but keep it away from silk and wool.

how many uses will I get out of one 200ml bottle?

expect approximately 20 full uses per 200ml bottle.

why does it cost more than supermarket stain removers?

standard supermarket sprays are often diluted with water and rely on harsh chemical bleaches. out for blood is a highly concentrated, bio-active treatment designed specifically for blood stains. throwing away and replacing 20 pairs of your favourite underwear, or a good set of white bedsheets can be expensive. a single 200ml bottle rescues about 20 items, making it an investment that pays for itself.
